Have you ever wondered what goes on behind-the-scenes in making the Budweiser commercials featuring the amazing Clydesdales? There’s more than just special effects involved. There is lots of hard work and the horses used are highly trained.
Robin and Kate Wiltshire raise the Clydesdales on Turtle Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming. Robin uses a combination of clicker training and rewards-based learning to teach the horses an array of tricks and behaviors.
This video features a collection of training and behind the scenes clips that have been shot over the past 15 years while working with Budweiser and their Clydesdales. It’s fantastic watching the incredible skills these horses have without the clever editing and camera wizardry added.
