Fern the Boxer was not a happy dog when her humans parked and left her in the car while they went for a quick visit to a gallery in Britain.
Within 5 minutes, she was blasting the car horn, and passers-by captured her frustration on video.
Her dad, Graham Haddow reacted in fear when he saw a crowd gathered around his car when he returned 15 minutes later. He told the Courier, “I came out of the gallery and looked down the street and saw a crowd of people standing around, pointing at my car. I started running because I was worried something had happened to her. When I got closer I realised people were pointing and laughing and taking pictures. She was sitting in there casually honking the horn.”
And she didn’t stop when she saw Graham approach the car. Fern gave him a sideways glance and kept on going!
Graham told the newspaper, “Usually when Fern sees me she stands up and gets excited with her tail wagging but this time she just gave me a sideways glance and kept on honking the horn.”
Her mom said, “It was as if she was saying: ‘Where have you been? I’ve been waiting’.” She added, “I think she is a bit of a diva. She just always wants attention and she seems to have got her way this time.”
Both said Fern is a typical Boxer – a bit mischievous, a little bit stubborn and very friendly.
The scowl on Fern’s face is hysterical!
