I love to start my day off with a healthy breakfast. Smoothies are a growing trend that combine two of my breakfast favorites – yogurt and fruits! The Domestic Geek shares her favorite recipes for smoothies and includes one for every day of the week.
For all the recipes, add the liquid to your blender first. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend well. You can store the smoothies in the refrigerator for up to three days.
