A sweet rescue dog named Tessa has become best friends with the kitten she found while out walking with her family. Carla recalls, “We were walking and we started hearing meows coming from somewhere. My husband was like, just let Tessa off the leash and let her go find the cat. She was able to find her.”
They brought the kitten home and cared for her, and Tessa and the kitten quickly bonded. The kitten, now named Circe, often behaves like a dog, enjoying playtime with Tessa, sharing toys, and doing zoomies together. Watch their adorable friendship in the video below.
Carla explains that, in addition to rescuing Circe, Tessa also has an instinct for helping with her own health issues, alerting her like a health alert dog. Knowing Tessa’s background and seeing her now, it’s clear that she’s paying forward the kindness she’s received.
