Fudge is one of those desserts that are perfect for the holidays, but really, it can be enjoyed all the time. In the video below, Joshua Weissman shares his recipes for making chocolate fudge, hazelnut praline fudge and healthy fudge (a peanut butter version)!
Not only are the recipes pretty simple, they are delicious!
Ingredients you’ll need:
Simple Version (chocolage):
– 18 oz (500 g) Chocolate, roughly chopped
– 2 Tbsp (28 g) Unsalted Butter
– 1/2 tsp (4 g) Fine Sea Salt
– 14 oz (400 g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
– 1.5 tsp (4 g) Vanilla Extract
Hazelnut Praline Fudge:
– 1 1/3 Cups (175 g) Raw Hazelnuts
– 2 Cups (430 g) Granulated Sugar
– 1/2 Cup (120 ml) Filtered Water
– 1 Tbsp (14 g) Unsalted Butter
– 18 oz (500 g) Chocolate, roughly chopped
– 1 Whole Vanilla Bean
– 2 Tbsp (28 g) Unsalted Butter
– 1/2 tsp (4 g) Fine Sea Salt
Healthy Fudge:
– 1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
– 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
