Officer Larry Taylor is new to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and just got his very own police car. While out on a call the other day, he got a completely unexpected passenger… a Pit Bull ran over and jumped into his squad car!

The Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook, “A dog ran and jumped right in when the door was opened and she made herself all comfortable in his passenger seat.”
It turns out the dog was lost, but after some police work her “owner was located, came and was able to get her out” said the police. “That is after she spent some time with Officer Taylor writing a police report,” they added.
Now that’s the way I like to see a dog treated! Kudos to Officer Taylor for how he handled the situation.
