Elephants Hilariously Use Different Methods To Get Down River Bank

There’s more than one way to get down a river bed and it doesn’t have to be graceful. Just ask this young elephant. Save The Elephants shared a funny video of a herd of elephants at Samburu National Reserve in Kenya navigating down the Ewaso Nyiro river bank.

In the video, an older elephant leans into the edge and slides down elegantly. Then a younger elephant follows and takes the less graceful approach!

Save The Elephants concludes, “you can either gracefully walk into it or do a fun somersault and come tumbling down into the river bed!”
