Mykos is a rescue dog who is scared of a lot of things. That makes him a bit of a reactive barker especially when he sees something outside of the window. His family have figured out some unconventional ways to curb his unwanted behavior and with barking it’s using ‘Quiet Ears’.

We’d say their quiet method is really unique but it works! Donning the “Eeyore cap” really seems to work for Mykos. @mykomushroom let people know that even if she closes the blinds Mykos will bark so the ears signal to him to be quiet.
Mykos also gets a treat once he’s quieted down too!

Mykos is a lucky dog. Not only does he get ice cream as treats sometimes he gets steak. And as Mykos needs lots of positive reinforcement, it’s good that his family found a way to curb his barking in such a sweet and gentle way.
