When an Air Force couple came home from JB Pearl Harbor Hickam unannounced, they took their family by surprise, especially mom, Eva. Eva was surprised to see her son and daughter-in-law at the door, but she was blown away when she discovered she was a newly-minted grandmother!
Miranda and Donny recently adopted a baby girl named Melissa Faith (aka Lily), after beginning the adoption process in October of 2015. They were unsure if they would be picked and because there were so many unknowns, the couple decided to keep their adoption plans a secret.
Once they officially knew Lily was theirs just before Christmas, they decided to surprise their family for the holidays. They kept Lily a secret for nearly 10 days, until they showed up at the door and were greeted by a stunned Grandma Eva. Wait until you see her reaction…I think she just got the best Christmas present in her life!
