Whether you call them freezies, freeze pops, otter pops, or simply popsicles, these icy cold treats are a summer staple for most families. But why buy them, when you can make your own and fill them with the flavors you want. Not to mention you can fill them with fresh fruit and other healthy add-ins. Whats Up Moms decided to show you how to make your own “otter pops” but without the extra sugar.
You will need:
– Ice Pop Pouches or similar
– A funnel
– food processor
– ice pop sleeves (optional)
Mix together the ingredients and freeze the pops overnight!

Strawberry Melon Pop
– 1 cup watermelon
– 5 frozen strawberries
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
Red, White and Blue Pop
– 1/2 cup raspberries
– 1/4 red peppers
– 1/2 cup blue berries
– vanilla yogurt
Orange Mango Pop
1/2 peeled orange
1 cup of mango
1/4 cup shredded carrots
Instructions for mixing the ingredients are in the video below. Once the ingredients are mixed together and in your ice pop pouches freeze them overnight and they’re then ready to enjoy!
