Imagine art that only appears when it rains! That’s what one artist set out to create. Peregrine Church creates street art that only shows up when it rains. He uses a non-toxic, biodegradable water repellant.
Hidden when dry, his messages or images appear on sidewalks only when it rains. It helps that he lives in the rainy city Seattle, where wet weather is pretty commonplace! Church’s “Rainworks” are meant to cheer up residents even when it’s gray and rainy!
