A surveillance camera caught this amazing footage of a cyclist caught in an accident that could have killed him, but instead, the lucky cyclist survived to experience one of the oddest set of circumstances I’ve seen. This is something you have to see to believe:
Here is a breakdown of what happened:
It appears that the mattress may have came loose and fallen out of the back of the pick up truck’s bed.
The mattress hit the cyclist.
The mattress then flew between the cyclist and his bike.
The cyclist landed safely on the mattress, which ended up on top of the bicycle.
This cyclist was both unlucky and very lucky at the same time. This is a good reminder to people transporting goods in their vehicles to make sure that the items are all well secured so everyone stays safe on the road!
