A stray, sick puppy living on the streets in Bali now has a second chance thanks to her rescuers. Bali Paws was told by a woman who has a storage room that the dog would come by and curl up in a cardboard box. She must have felt safe there because she returned every night.
“Piggy” took treats from Desi’s hand but wasn’t happy when she put a leash around her neck. But she became a different dog when she was loved and cared for. Take a look at her wonderful transformation in the video below:
The video below shares more of Piggy’s special trip and a return visit to where she was found. Reflecting on how scared Piggy was when she was found to how she is now, Desi says, “Dogs are just incredible. She’s just so full of love and always wants to cuddle…The only thing we did was we were nice to her. Just incredible.”
Bali Paws hopes that Piggy will find a loving family soon.
