Coco and Patrick were vacationing in Spetses, Greece when they spotted a kitten drowning in the water. She didn’t hesitate and jumped right into the water to swim out to rescue the cat.
As soon as Coco got out of the water, she checked on the kitten. Things didn’t look so good, but then the kitten let out a cry. The couple immediately knew where to take the kitten, having seen the rescue group, Spetses Care For Animals, around. The couple named the kitten Spetzy and took care of her. They knew right away that they wanted to bring Spetzy home.
So, they brought her on their flight, and she slept the whole way home. Being dog parents, they were a little bit nervous about introducing Spetzy to their dogs. So they took the introductions slowly, and now everyone gets along wonderfully. Spetzy even comes along for walks with them.
What a surprising and wonderful vacation, not only for Coco and Patrick but for their newest family member as well!
